Pantone, the color authority, has announced its dual colors of 2021: Iluminating and Ultimate Gray
This is the second time that the combined color of the year has been introduced after the 2016 crystal powder + Serenity, which means light and conveys strength and hope.


Together, these two independent colors create a dream color combination, like the sunrise floating on a naturally weathered rock, bringing a deeper sense of thoughtfulness and solidity, as well as a hopeful optimism about the future.
This is exactly what the world needs after a difficult 2020.

PANTONE 17-5104 Ultimate Gray. It is the color of cobblestones and natural elements on the beach, whose weathered appearance reveals the ability to stand the test of time, symbolizing firmness and reliability, and embodying a sense of permanence.
PANTONE 13-0647 Illuminating. It’s a vibrant bright bright yellow, a warm shade of yellow full of sunshine.

This combination of colors is practical and firm, warm and optimistic, giving us resilience and hope.
